The vision of Dream Culture Conference 2011 is to create and capture a dream culture in Vancouver. Together, through this movement, will join to help one another succeed in life—a life as God intended for everyone. What will occur in Vancouver will catalyze a global dream culture that will be non-conformative, transformative and override the culture of this world.
