The crowd could have broken the sound barrier at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom on November 22nd 2012. It was packed and sweaty as local music lovers geared up for the biggest announcement of that night: The winner of the Peak Performance Project 2012. And the prize? A whopping, larger than life cheque (literally!) of $102,700.
It was a game changing moment for Dear Rouge when they were announced as the winners. The confetti flew, the red-sportin’ rougies went crazy and there was lots of yelling. Lots and lots of yelling.
